Daily Classes Schedule-rules for Absence from Class!

• After your registration, the classes will be given in online live classes.
• You’ll be given a schedule for your live online Classes. The schedule must be followed regularly.
• The schedule must be confirmed by the admin GatewaytoQuran via contact number +9230257765143 or email gatewaytoquran@gmail.com
• The class schedule can only be changed in case of any emergency by concent of the Admin Team of GatewaytoQuran.
• If you want to take leave, then please make sure to text our whats app +923025765143 or email gatewaytoquran@gmail.com In this case we’ll schedule a make-up class (20% of the monthly classes) If you fail to notify about your absence 6 hour prior to the class time, then the academy is not responsible to give make-u class.
• If you miss your class without notification, then GatewaytoQuran is not responsible to give any make-up classes. 
• We do not give any refund for missed classes (less than 20% of the monthly classes), however, we give make ups for the missed classes, if you are on leave and have sent a prior notice to the admin.
• The teachers make sure to start class on time, but if it doesn’t happen for some reason then please let us know by Whatsapp number +923025765143 immediately. Otherwise, the GatewaytoQuran will not be responsible for the missed class.

Referral Policy

As a student, you’re not allowed to refer a student to the teachers. And it will be considered a breach of contract for the teacher and he/she may be suspended. Please let us know through our feedback form or phone number +923025765143 if you notice any activity from our staff which can be against our terms and conditions.

​Refund Policy

• We provide 3 days free trial classes and charge you upon successful trial. You’ll not be charged if you are not satisfied with the services.
• We give you full refund if you do not want to start classes. 
• Once subscribed, we make sure to deliver you the services. and there is no refund. 
• We do not give any refund for missed classes (absebse), however, we give make ups for the missed classes, if you are on leave and have sent a prior notice to the admin.
• If you want to take an off for 10 days (days on calender) or more for any reason, you can refund your fees for the number of days you want to take leave only with a prior notice. Please inform two weeks before you take a break or cancel our services so we can give that time to someone else. In case you apply to PPC (Pay Per Class) package, you will not be charged for the classes you missed with prior notice to the admin. You can view the details here>>>

Privacy Policy

You will take services according to our privacy policy. Your all information is secret and we will not share your personal information with anyone. No one other than the admin of GatewaytoQuran willl ask you for your personal information (only phone number, Skype ID and email). The information which you give us like your cell number, your email address and home number etc will  remain with you and us. However, your Skype ID will be shared with teacher for classes. If you have added a phone number to your Skype, then it will be automatically shared with our staff who are using that Skype ID. So you may delete your phone number from the Skype you use for classes.

Contact information

The information which you provide us, during the course of our sacred relationship of learning and teaching, will be used only for contacting you for your classes. Please, provide us a phone number, which we can contact if you’re not online at class time or we don’t have some problem with out internet etc.  You can send your information through our website or e-mail .

The information you provide will be used only to provide you the services. We will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Payment

You can agree upon a due date for the payments with us. If you are not able to pay in time due to any reason, then please email us at gatewaytoquran@gmail.com  or simply text us at +923025765143. The date of payment will be kept flexible InShaAllah.

Please make sure to receive your receipt or confirmation message on your registered number within five days of sending fees. If you didn’t receive receipt or confirmation message, then please let us know.
